CANCELLATION OF NCL STAR - REFUNDS UPDATE: 

We have been operating these programs for many, many years and we have them organized so that they generally run very smoothly. Unfortunately, once in a while, circumstances beyond our control disrupt our careful planning. No one could have forseen the cancellation of The Norwegian Star's journey to Vancouver. Please be assured that we try our very best to ensure that our passengers have an enjoyable, comfortable and seemless experience when they book one of our packages. We apologize for any inconveniences and disruptions to your vacations and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult situation.

February departures: The FULL amount for the cancelled cruise portion (including cruise, pre-paid gratuities & port charges) will be refunded back to the same credit card payments were made with. If you paid by cash or cheque, a cheque will be issued back to the travel agency. These refunds will be processed starting this Friday, Feb. 19th.
