Reservations and Payment
A minimum deposit of $250 per person is due 48 hours from confirmation. Any cruises 7 days or longer require a deposit of $800 per person. This deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to departure unless you have deviated from our original package.Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Reservations made within 90 days must be accompanied by full payment. A late booking fee of $50.00 per cabin will be charged for bookings made within 30 days. Payment accepted by agency cheque, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery Card. Package prices on flyer are subject to change and are only guaranteed once deposit has been applied. Taxes are subject to change at anytime.THE TRAVEL AGENCY HAS THE OBLIGATION TO VERIFY THE CORRECTNESS OF THE RESERVATIONS AND TO COMMUNICATE TO US WITHIN 24 HRS ANY ERROR OR INACCURACY. FAILING WHICH, BON VOYAGE HOLIDAYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE.
BVH Price Guarantee
All bookings and adjustments must be made by your local cruise/travel agent ONLY. The price guarantee does not apply to reservations with any air/hotel deviations or to Deal of the Week packages. This offer is subject to change without notice and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Travel Documents and Special Requests
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure you have all the documentation necessary for each country you plan to visit or transit. Name on passenger’s valid passport must match name on travel documentation. Bon Voyage is not liable for any passenger who is denied boarding due to improper documentation.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that all immigration information is provided to the cruise/airlines at time of booking. Bon Voyage Holidays can not accept any liability for documents not being issued and/or boarding being denied due to immigration forms not being completed. Bon Voyage will make every possible effort to have all travel documentation to the travel agent a minimum of 7days prior to departure, however, as Bon Voyage does not issue all documents we are not liable for any delays.
Special Requests for specific rooms, room locations, bed types and/or other services are never to be considered guaranteed. Special requests should be placed at time of booking and may be subject to additional charges payable directly to the local supplier.
In the event of a cancellation, written notice must be received by Bon Voyage Holidays at least 90 days prior to departure to avoid penalty. Cancellation notices received within 90 days of departure will be subject to the following penalties.
89 – 76 Days Loss of deposit
75 – 45 Days 50% total fare (Taxes included)
Under 45 Days 100% total fare (Taxes included)
*Air and/or Hotel Deviation fee plus applicable deposit is non-refundable at time of booking.
Baggage and Handling
Bon Voyage Holidays suppliers make every effort to assist passengers in safeguarding their belongings and valuables, but all passengers belongings are at the owner’s risk at all times. Bon Voyage Holidays is not liable for any lost or stolen baggage or contents thereof. It is highly recommended that all passengers purchase baggage insurance from their travel agent. Package prices do not include any baggage fees charged by the airlines.
Bon Voyage Holidays is a travel and vacation organizer only. We do not control or operate any airline, neither do we own or control any shipping company, hotel, transportation company, or any other facility or service mentioned on our flatsheet. Bon Voyage Holidays and/or its suppliers cannot assume liability for any loss, damage or, physical or emotional injury of any nature resulting from an Act of God or any other force majeure. Nor can we accept responsibility for losses or other expenses due to delay or changes in air schedules or other services, sickness, strike, terrorism, war, quarantine or other causes. We will give appropriate assistance in helping to resolve any reasonable dispute.
Cruise lines reserve the right to upgrade a guest or guests to more expensive category accommodations at no additional cost to the client. Bon Voyage Holidays can not guarantee upgrades, and in the event of groups can not guarantee cabins will be assigned together. Upgrades are at the sole discretion of the cruise line.
As specified on flatsheet: One-way airfare, transfers as noted, accommodation, and cruise.
Travel insurance, any airline baggage fees, items of a personal nature (telephone, laundry, etc.), tips, gratuities and taxes. Any special requests from the hotel (cots, fridges, etc.) cannot be guaranteed and are subject to fees, which are paid locally, directly to the hotel.
Changes within 90 days of departure are subject to an administration fee of $25 per person plus any additional costs incurred. Changes within 45 days prior may not be permitted. Name changes require prior authorization from the cruise and/or airline and may not always be possible. Name changes are considered cancellations and are subject to cancellation fees.
At the time of booking your travel agent will be made aware of your air arrangements. Please note that any requests for a change of flight arrangements outside the itinerary (air deviation) is strictly on a request basis and subject to an additional charge. Air deviations will be ticketed within 24 hours. Once ticketed, any changes will be subject to an administration fee plus any additional costs incurred.
All land accommodations are specified on the individual flatsheets. Bon Voyage Holidays will make every effort to accommodate specific requests for other hotels (hotel deviations).
All deviation costs must be paid at the time of request and, once confirmed, are subject to additional penalties.
