Nancy Mitchell is the Office and Reservations Manager and has been working at Bon Voyage for over 12 years. Her main focus is to oversee the reservation department, payment issues and is responsible for putting together the personalized itineraries that each passenger receives.

Tammy Moss is a senior reservations agent who looks after the bookings that we get plus works on all the hotel lists that need to be sent for each package. She has been with Bon Voyage Holidays for 5 years.

Brandy Mosser is a senior reservations agent who has been in the travel industry for over 12 years. She too works on bookings plus is involved in doing all of our group airline ticketing. John Lee, Penny DeRuyter, and Sandra Pringle are support staff for the Holidays division assisting with reservation questions, invoicing, documentation and deviations.



Michael Delf has been the owner and President of Bon Voyage Holidays since taking over the business in 1984. He is responsible for putting together the packages and works with the cruise lines, hotels and airlines for each of the destinations.
