Cancel your Bon Voyage Holidays Vacation for ANY reason up to 24 hours prior to your departure date and receive a refund equal to the amount paid to Bon Voyage Holidays (less the cost of the Vacation Protection Plan, which is non-refundable).

The deposit paid will be refunded in the form of a travel credit valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation on any future Bon Voyage Holidays package and the balance will be refunded by cheque to the Travel Agency. Any extra fees paid for hotel/air/rail deviations are NOT covered under the Vacation Protection Plan.

Vacation Protection Plan is not applicable for NO-SHOWS. The Vacation Protection Plan can not be used for a new booking within the same season as the original booking.

The Vacation Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of deposit.

Bon Voyage Holidays must be notified in writing via fax (604) 594-5162 or email:  reservations@bonvoyageholidays.com a minimum of 24 hours prior to their departure date or no refund/credit will be given.  Vacation Protection Plan is not insurance and does not apply to any change fees.
