- Is a passport required to travel?
- Yes, all passengers require a valid passport for all Bon Voyage Holidays Cruise ‘N Stay Vacations.
- Is the deposit payment refundable?
- No, deposits (including VPP – if purchased) are non-refundable.
- When is the final payment due?
- Full payment is due 90 days prior to departure.
- Is it possible to deviate / change the Cruise ‘N Stay Packages?
- Yes, we are very flexible and can offer air deviations at a very minimal cost, extra nights at our hotels or we can offer other hotels not listed on our flat sheets. Call us for details.

- When will documents be sent out?
- Even though most airlines and cruise lines offer electronic documents, Bon Voyage Holidays will still send out a documents package 2-3 weeks prior to departure to the travel agency. This will include a personalized itinerary, airline electronic ticket copies, transfer vouchers (if applicable), cruise documents, luggage tags and any other necessary information.
- What is the driving time on the motor coach transfers?
- Between Anaheim and pier or Anaheim and airport – approximately 45 minutes.
- Between Las Vegas or Laughlin and Anaheim, pier or San Diego – approximately 5-6 hours (there will be a lunch stop).
- Between Anaheim or LAX airport and San Diego – approximately 2 hours.
- Between Las Vegas and Laughlin – approximately 2 hours.
- Why are the different colored tags for luggage important?
- The color of your tag is important for your departure. It identifies the time your luggage will be picked up from your room and your bus departure time. Please have your name and colored tags on your luggage. Your luggage must be identified to the bus driver before you board the bus. Take hand luggage with your valuables on board the bus with you.
- Do you offer cruise only pricing?
- No, a minimum of 2 components of the package must be purchased (cruise & air or cruise & hotel).
- What airlines to you use?
- We have special group contracts with both Alaska Airlines and Phillipine Air. However, we are very flexible, and can offer a flight deviation on any preferred airline (extra costs to be determined). Call us for details.
